“Velvet Vision” at Eye Filmmuseum, Amsterdam
June 2026 begins a series of screenings of the film, “Velvet Vision: The Story of James Bidgood and the Making of Pink Narcissus,” at the iconic Amsterdam Eye Filmmuseum in the Queer Power series.

The first screening of “Velvet Vision” is in Cinema 3 on Monday 22nd, June at 6.45pm. As a special bonus, the original feature, “Pink Narcissus,” the newly restored James Bidgood feature screens the same evening at 9.00pm.
For those not familiar with Eye Filmmuseum it is a four screen complex with a total of 620 seats. Plus a 1,200 square-meter exhibition space, bar and restaurant.
Subsequent screenings of “Velvet Vision” are on July 3rd, at 9.15pm and August 7th at 8.45pm. More screenings of “Pink Narcissus” include one on the 7th August at 7.00pm.
